Rippers (people who have committed
terrible sin but are repenting) have been selected for different areas
of the earth to send people to their fated place, heaven or hell. When
their job is complete they must seek other Rippers and illuminate them
to gain powers. The last Ripper gains forgiveness and get to be reborn
