Western Steam Punk

this idea actually sprung from listening to pumped up kicks a few too many times.

in this world there is a crystal that is mined because of it's chemical reaction with water, it generates a great amount of steam with little water. Little do people know that this crystal it chipped off when mined releases an evil spirit into the world when trying to manifest itself into a physical demon form. They begin as a mist that posses sealed objects, such as mining suites, as they game a flesh form they resemble a human.They then have several forms based on how aggravated, the final state being that of a demon.

Robert as a child is playing with his good friend daisy, they are roughly 6-7 ish, Grand pa is in the basement collecting some crystal he's been mining there when one of the spirit demons possesses his mining suit. Gram pa barely escapes with a torn of leg and arm he yells/screams at Robert to grab the gun in his closet, Robert does so and comes running down Grand pa struggles to reach over a table for a special bullet he's been working on tosses it at Robert and says shoot it. Robert being a dessert country kid who has gone out shooting a time or two places the bullet in the custom revolver aims at the possessed suit and says i can't. Grand pa says you have to i made it special for you. Robert gets in a his shooting stance and shoots straight into the possessed suite forehead, steam jets out violently from the suit and fizzles till there's no more.

Years pass and Robert along with Daisy hunt down this demons and seek answers to why this is happening. Along the way they pick up a crew of awesome people. games like an fps monster hunter where you control multiple characters with their own unique abilities. that's all the details for now, I've thought a lot about this and way more details as far as game play, climax, cool twist and so on so forth.

Character Line up

MIST (Parasitic Zombies)

My idea was that you play this girl who's been infected due to some bullying by some college mates at a experimental chemical facility causing her to fall into a parasite chemical mix. Thought to be dead but then rises a few weeks later with parasitic powers (add cool abilities here). The first thing she does is seek revenge on the students that caused her accident, at the end of her quest she becomes trapped by military which then explain to her that that's the least of their problems. they help her gain control over her parasitic mutations and promise her a cure when she vanquishes the bigger parasitic zombie problem. She gains a side kick which guides her during missions and provides back up with his telepathic powers. The story goes on and there's twists, but i don't want to give it all away. :P

Death Wars

Rippers (people who have committed terrible sin but are repenting) have been selected for different areas of the earth to send people to their fated place, heaven or hell. When their job is complete they must seek other Rippers and illuminate them to gain powers. The last Ripper gains forgiveness and get to be reborn into the new world. Fighting game
